With this thing in my mind I took my first step towards my conscious plan of shed-ding the extra kilos and getting some changes in my lifestyle specially the choice of food. I got in touch with Deepa and I must say it has been the best decision. In my journey so far with Deepa I am extremely happy with the results. It has been around 2.5 months I have started my consultation with her and I have lost approximately 8 kgs. Though I have taken honest efforts in following the diet fully but still it was never 100% and still such great results. Not just the weight but have lost in inches also. Fitting into your favourite old clothes is a pleasure always. Thank you Deepa for your diet plans and also to keep up with my requests to tweak the plan. Thanks Deepa for the transformation in me because of you and your diet plans, I have lost 6-7 kg in 3 months and its not only kgs but I have lost inches also.
