1. Never start your day with Tea/coffee. Always start with a glass of water, followed with soaked Nuts and seeds
  2. Increase Greens and Beans
  3. Increase raw, Soaked and sprouted food
  4. The most important nutrient in the treatment of diabetes is Manganese which is vital in the production of Insulin. It is found in Citrus fruits, in the outer covering of Nuts, grains and in the green leaves of edible plants.

  7. Avoid white bread, white flour products, sugar, tinned fruits, sweets, chocolates, pies, puddings, refined cereals and alcoholic drinks,
  8. Listen to your body, eat when you are hungry
  9. Chew the liquids and drink the solids….. basically, chew well.
  10. Eat peacefully and lovingly
  11. Eat little less than your capacity
  12. Bring in variety
